CoreMorrow provides more than a thousand kinds of PZT piezo ceramics and standard piezo stacks. The shapes are divided into square sheets, round sheets, ring sheets, square blocks, column, ring, square block with aperture, etc. The motion includes linear, bending, torsion, 2-axis and 3-axis motion. The displacement of a single PZT piezo ceramic can be up to 300μm, and the output can be up to 50,000 Newtons. Customized services are available.

CoreMorrow produces thousands of piezo actuators,like piezo stack with different shapes and sizes, pre-loaded piezo actuator, amplified piezo actuator, etc.Our actuator can get above 2mm travel, and the blocking force of direct-drive based preloaded piezo actuator can be up to 25kN.

CoreMorrow piezo stage features 1 to 6 axes motion,travel to millimeter scale, optional aperture and size,vacuum condition ,etc. lt can suit many applications,like precision positioning, optical phase shifter, laser interference, scanning microscope, etc.

CoreMorrow piezo steering mirror can tilt in θx, θy or θx, θy and Z, it has very high tilt accuracy up to nrad. lt's designed for beam deflection/scanning, adaptive optics image stabilization, optical filter/switch, interlaced scanning, jitter, image processing and stabilization, etc.

CoreMorrow piezo motor adopts stick-slip principle,moves in linear or/and angular direction. We also have piezo screw actuator, it can be used directly as actuators or integrated with mirror mount or platform to drive mirror tilt or platform move.

CoreMorrow piezo objective scanners/samples XYZ stages features 50um to 1mm travel for choice, resolution up to 2.5nm, and are widely used in auto focusing system, 3D imaging, interference/metering, confocal microscope, wafer cutting, semiconductortest, etc.

Capacitive Sensor

The capacitive probe of CoreMorrow has a compact size and an outer diameter of only 10mm, with 4 optional ranges of 100μm, 200μm, 500μm, 1mm. You can freely choose according to the measurement range. The measurement accuracy can reach the nanometer level.
