WOE has recently developed LWIR athermal lenses with standardized BWD and mount. It allows system integrator to replace or change any lens suitable to their application with ease. These lenses prevents their performance from changing by means of optical passivity, mechanical activity and mechanical passivity in a large temperature range.
WOE have successfully developed Focal Beam Shaper, which converts collimated Gaussian beam to focused flattop spot when used in conjunction with diffraction-limited performance focusing optics. The collimated output beam was optimized to achieve flattop at the focal plane of objective lens.
