    At OPIE 2024, OptoTech will exhibit 2 machines: 1. Our high-end poilshing machine PPM 301 CNC for the production of advanced optics up to diameter 300 mm with integrated tool dressing technology for polishing tools. 2. Our micro-centering machine DZM 20 equipped with a SR 20 robot solution for automatic loading and unloadig of lenses from diameter 0.5 mm to 20 mm.

    The MCP 251 CNC is a CNC controlled 6-Axis Optical Machine Center for Polishing and Fine Correction of Aspheres (Axis and Off-Axis Aspheres) and Freeform Surfaces up to Ø 400 mm

  • 4-Axis Ultra-Precision Processing Center

    The UPG 500 CNC is a 4-Axis Ultra-Precision Processing Center for grinding of spheres, aspheres and freeform surfaces up to Ø 450 mm made of glass

  • Micro Optics Centering Machine

    The DZM 20 CNC is a compact and easy to operate CNC controlled centering machine especially suited for super micro optics and endoscopes. At OPIE it will be equipped with a SR 20 robot solution for automaticloading and unloading

  • 5-Axis Optical Machine Center

    The MCG 250 CNC Compact is a 5-Axis Optical Machine Center for Generating Spheres, Aspheres, Special Components (Axis- and Off-Axis Aspheres), Plano Surfaces and Freeform Surfaces up to Ø 400 mm
